Orientation of Lucas Pendant Switches and the 'Shaft-Flats" used for Knob Mounting
Many Lucas machines use a proprietary selector switch and knob mechanism for control of spindle rotation and/or axis motion selection. The mechanism was designed to allow the switch to be 'locked' into the operated position by tilting the end of the switch knob 'away' from the pendant faceplate.
