Remanufacturing
This is a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new machine. Lucas Precision can actually upgrade older boring mills to today’s high tech standards. Lucas Precision’s Remanufacturing Program includes:

• Complete inspection of all parts & systems
• Replacement of high-maintenance gearbox with precision ball screws & servomotors.
• Complete Electrical upgrade with state-of-the-art electronics.
• Rebuilding or replacement of all remaining parts to increase precision levels.
• Installation of CNC control retrofit and feedback system.
