We alone have the original engineering data and the original electrical, mechanical and structural drawings for your machine.
Carlton Radial Drill Rebuild
Scope Of Work:
- Completely disassemble the drill, only the major castings will be saved.
- Regrind the outer column.
- Replace arm barrel bushings to fit reground column.
- Re-machine and scrape the arm for original OEM tolerances.
- Re-machine the machine base to clean up.
- Install Appropriate Safety Guards.
- Replace all motors and pumps.
- Replace all clamps.
- Replace all shafts, bearings, gears, o-rings and wipers.
- Replace elevating screw and nuts.
- Add upgraded arm lubrication system.
- Install a new spindle and sleeve.
- Replace all electrical components with new cabinet and pendant station.
- The newly remanufactured drill will meet all NEC and NFPA codes.
- Clean and paint

Natco Multi-Spindle Drill Rebuild
Scope Of Work:
- Completely disassemble and inspect all parts.
- Rebuild hydraulic cylinder.
- Rebuild complete hydraulic system.
- Rebuild head and neck assemblies.
- Replace all bearings, seals and o-rings.
- Replace electrical cabinet, hardware and wiring to current safety standards.
- Install new PLC control (option) at additional cost.
- Rework all gibs.
- Upgrade lubrication system.
- Replace gears, upper joints where required.
- Cycle test machine with new fixture and tooling if ordered.
- Clean and paint
- Install new guarding if re-fixtured
