When we purchased the product lines in 1991, one of our main concerns was that we get all the drawings and specifications for every NATCO and Carlton machine ever built.

At the present, we have over one and one-half million dollars worth of repair parts in stock for immediate delivery. When we do not have the particular part that is needed for your machine, we can produce it in our machine shop in a very timely manner using the original prints and specifications. This ensures you that the part will fit properly and have the same high quality of the original.

We have two individuals that are very knowledgeable about this phase of our service. Jim Murphy has worked the Carlton parts desk since 1982. Sergei Huffman has worked with NATCO parts since 1973.

When you call for parts, the first information needed is the Machine Serial Number. This number is located in a specific place on each type of machine. On the Carlton Radial Drill, it is between the arm ways that the head travels on, near the rear of the arm casting. On the NATCO Multi-spindle Machine it is stamped into the NATCO emblem that is attached to the side of the machine column or on a plate on the head of the machine.

With this number and a description and location of the part, it is usually only a matter of minutes before the part is identified.
