ON-SITE SERVICE
At NATCO/Carlton we realize that when you have
the knowledge, time and manpower, it is most economical
for you to repair your machine yourself. We also know
that with today's downsizing of maintenance staffs, that
sometimes this is just not possible. It is for this
situation that we offer our on-site service.
Each of the technicians that work for us have
many years experience on NATCO and/or Carlton Machines.
Their primary concern is to get you up and running as
quickly and economically as possible. They are very aware
of the cost of downtime and lost production in your plant
and will do everything possible to minimize them.
Many times our technicians can talk you
through a problem over the phone, thereby getting you
going right away. It may be necessary to schedule on site
service at a later date to make permanent repairs, but
you are running for now.
One of the best ways to minimize down time is
to schedule one of our technicians into your plant for a
yearly evaluation of your machines. They are trained to
identify possible problems before they cause a shut-down
of a machine. They will explain the problem to you and
identify needed repairs on each machine you have.

IN-HOUSE SERVICE
Another way we can help you to bring your
machine back to OEM specifications is through our in
house repair service. If you have a major component of
your machine that needs to be re-built, you can ship it
to us for complete re-build. We have a minimum evaluation
charge depending on what component it is. Once we have
inspected and evaluated the needed repairs, we contact
you with the total cost and re-build time. Some of the
common components we use this program for are neck
assemblies, head assemblies, rotating tables, and feed
